Manufacturer warranty
Most products sold by Creator Props are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods differ by brand and product (commonly 6–12 months for phones and accessories and up to 12 months for laptops).
What is covered
- Hardware faults arising from normal use.
- Manufacturing defects in the device, battery or included accessories.
What is not covered
- Physical damage such as cracked screens, dents or bent frames.
- Liquid damage, unless the product is rated and used within its water-resistance rating.
- Damage from unauthorised repairs, rooting/jailbreaking or use of incompatible chargers.
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches.
Making a claim
Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the fault — we’ll guide you through the brand’s service centre or handle the claim on your behalf where applicable.
