By using this website and placing an order with Creator Props, you agree to these terms.
Products and pricing
We make every effort to display accurate product information, images and prices. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is verified (for online payments) or once we contact you to confirm (for pay on delivery and bank transfer). We may decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund of any payment made.
Payment
Online payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Pay-on-delivery orders must be paid in full to the rider before the package is handed over.
Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the address provided.
Returns and warranty
Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping & Returns and Warranty policies.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
