Delivery areas and timelines
- Lagos: 1–2 business days — ₦3,500 (free on orders above ₦500,000).
- Other states: 3–5 business days — ₦6,500.
- Store pickup: free, from Creator Props Store, Lagos. We’ll contact you when your order is ready.
Orders placed before 2pm on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Timelines may be longer during public holidays and major sales.
Inspecting your order
Please inspect your package at delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, note it with the rider and contact us immediately.
Returns and replacements
- You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from its description.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals and free gifts, and must not show signs of misuse, liquid or physical damage.
- For hygiene reasons, opened in-ear audio products are only eligible for return if defective.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on opened, activated or iCloud/Google-account-linked devices.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for pay-on-delivery orders) within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
