Are your products original?
Yes. All products are brand-new and genuine, sourced from authorised distributors and trusted suppliers. Items come sealed in their original packaging with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
How long does delivery take?
Lagos deliveries typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other states take 3–5 business days. You’ll receive your order number at checkout so you can track progress at any time.
How much is delivery?
Delivery within Lagos costs ₦3,500 and is free on orders above ₦500,000. Delivery to other states costs ₦6,500. Store pickup is free.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with debit/credit cards, bank transfer or USSD, pay by direct bank transfer, or pay on delivery for eligible orders.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes — pay on delivery is available for orders up to ₦1,500,000. Please have the exact amount ready by cash or transfer when your order arrives.
What is your return policy?
If an item is defective, damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Do products come with a warranty?
